I was excited and honoured to be a volunteer for the Ontario Special Olympics that was hosted in Guelph in May 2016. The opportunity this gave me to support our community and those awesome athletes who compete is a real blessing to me. It was fantastic working with this great group of professionals. One of the cool things I got to do was go to local school and educate Guelph students about the Ontario Special Olympics.

I LOVE VOLUNTEERING
Volunteering at a fund raiser for The Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington
I love volunteering for The Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington as part of the Sunshine Squad. This is a great organization with wonderful programs supporting children in or community. Volunteering for them in a variety of ways is very rewarding.
My husband and I worship at Crestwicke Baptist Church. We live in the north-east end of Guelph and welcome the opportunities to use our gifts and worship in a church that is part of our community and within walking distance of our home.
